A bisqueware pair of children/ young adults. The boy and girl are clearly a pair and represent a romantic view of the pastoral countryside.
They both have gold dotted accent. There's some damage to the hand and hat of the girl figure. (A cleaved off section of has and a damaged finger. See pictures.) I couldn't spot any other damage
I couldn't find a maker's mark but they seem to be unusual in that they are hollow vs having a flat base. The ceramic walls are very thin.
This is a cute sculptural pair that shows the Victorian style of romanticism.
Figures are about 8 to 8.5 inches tall.
